RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please include:

  • Contact Info
  • Order # 
  • Full Name of Purchaser
  • Date of Purchase 
  • A brief description of the return or exchange request 

You have 3 days upon receipt of delivery to contact us with requests.
Should you encounter a quality issue, a repair will be made. If it cannot be repaired, a replacement will be made. If neither is an option, a store credit in the form of a personalized code will be issued. 

 Custom jewelry that is sized specifically to the client can't be returned back to our inventory and is final sale.

If for any reason we can't fulfill your order, your payment will be refunded in full to the payment method used at checkout 

If it's felt that a request is not reasonable, if the item is damaged or has been used improperly, the return request will not be accepted.

All items are photographed with date stamping before leaving the studio for quality assurance so please do not damage the piece to try and get a refund. 

We reserve the right to refuse any unreasonable requests.
