Custom, bespoke, and made-to-order jewellery is created specifically for you and cannot be cancelled or returned for change of mind once production has begun.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if a custom item is faulty.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. Payments are handled securely by third-party providers, and we do not store full payment details.

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or courier providers.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been dispatched, unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.
