Refund policy
Returns/Refunds
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if an item:
- Is faulty or defective
- Is not as described
- Is not of acceptable quality
- Is not fit for its intended purpose
If your item qualifies for a refund under ACL, once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First check your bank account again
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Next contact your bank, as there is often some processing time

Sale Items
Sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty, defective, or not as described.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please email Leevance7@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. We will make arrangements for assessment and, where appropriate, repair, replacement, or refund.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a store credit for the value of the returned item, where applicable.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

For change-of-mind returns, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged or repaired product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item of significant value, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
